Why should you shop Tupper Lake?

  1. Local economic stimulus.

When you purchase at locally owned businesses rather than nationally-owned, more money is kept in the community. This is because locally-owned businesses often purchase from other local businesses and service providers. Purchasing locally helps grow other businesses as well as the local tax base.

  1. Non-Profits receive Greater Support.

Local business owners donate more to local charities!

  1. Unique businesses create character & prosperity.

The unique character of your local community is defined in large part by the businesses that reside there. They play a big factor in the overall satisfaction of where you live and the value of your home and property.

Your local businesses sponsor softball and tee ball teams. They buy ads for the high school plays and donate endlessly to our local food pantry. We encourage everyone to help in thanking our local businesses on August 27th by shopping locally.
