Brief Description:
Tinman: Swim: 1.2 mile / Bike: 56 mile / Run: 13.1 mile
Sprint: Swim: .6 mile / Bike: 18.6 mile / Run: 6.2 mile
Relay: Swim: 1.2 mile / Bike: 56 mile / Run: 13.1
Race Times:
The Sprint starts at 8:00am and the Tinman waves will follow 10 minutes later and every 5 minutes after that.
Additional Information:
All entry fees include T-Shirt, carbo-dinner, post race dinner, swim caps and information in your race packets. Race packets will be handed out at Registration on June 24, 2011. Time of Registration is Friday, June 24th from Noon to 9:00 pm at the Park Restaurant (320 Park Street) and on Saturday, June 25th from 5:30 am to 7:30 am. The carbo-dinner will be held on Friday, June 24, 2011 from 4-8pm. The post race dinner will be held from 12pm-4pm on Saturday, June 25, 2011.
This year we will be ordering personalization bibs (your name on the front of the bib) for the Tinman only. If you want a personalization bib you must register no later than June 1, 2011. Anyone registering for the Tinman between June 2nd and the 18th (last day to register) will only have a bib number, but no name.
No confirmation packets will be sent by mail. Registration for this event will close on Saturday, June 18th at midnight. No registrations accepted by phone. If the registrant is a minor, a signature from a parent or legal guardian is required.
Your registration includes a carbo dinner on Friday night at the Park Restaurant (320 Park Street) , and a post-race dinner on Saturday night at the Municipal Park transition area. Friday’s carbo dinner will feature a ‘build your own pasta’ bar featuring mulitiple types of pasta, sauces, meats & toppings.
Packet pick up will be Friday during registration/dinner and Saturday from 5:30am to 7:30am at the transition area.
